Providing programs and creating opportunities to foster the professional and personal growth of WISE members are central to our mission. Investment in skills building is key to job satisfaction and longevity, both of which are vitally important to sustaining a vibrant store brands industry.
Our Professional Development Committee offers a number of education and outreach programs to the WISE membership to help individuals reach their goals and company leaders foster growth among their team members. These programs cover a wide variety of business and lifestyle topics, and most are offered on-demand to accommodate busy schedules.
