The WISE Mentor Circles Peer Advisory Program is a formed group where you can share your experiences and learn from others to further your professional development. A Circle’s primary purpose is to help members:
- Set important career and personal development goals.
- Build competence and character to reach those goals.
- Help each other build skills to deal with barriers in reaching those goals.
The Circle exchanges experiences, challenges, successes and opportunities for the purpose of enhancing self-confidence, communication skills, leadership practices, commitment to one’s career, networking, and driving growth for their company.
Benefits include building relationships and learning from others, between a program lead and members, and between the members within a Circle.
